Root properties-panel component for a BPMN element, implemented as a Fragment.

The dispatcher creates the component, injects the modeler via PropertiesFragment.setModeler(BpmnModeler) and then passes the element model via setEntityToEdit(Object) — in that order, so implementations may rely on the modeler being available when the model is set.
