Creates a notification builder.
Example of showing a notification:

 notifications.create()
         .withType(NotificationType.WARNING)
         .withCaption("Alert")
         .withPosition(Notifications.Position.BOTTOM_RIGHT)
         .show();
 

Returns:

notification builder
