Studio preview processor for Grid columns.

Columns declared in the initial view XML are already materialized at load time by StudioGridPreviewLoader; addColumn(com.vaadin.flow.component.Component, java.lang.String, int) reuses that column (looked up by key) instead of creating a duplicate.
