Direct boundary from the Engine's typed plan to Dynamic Model tools.

It never consults the global Spring AI tool registry. Only the names declared by DynamicModelToolCatalog are callable. The Executor resolves the workspace owned by the Run. The invoker passes its definition to model operations and installs a successful candidate. Every result crosses ToolResultSanitizer exactly once before it is returned to the Engine.
