Sends a rendered notification to recipients through the Notifications add-on.

Sends one notification.

Parameters:

recipients - recipient users; nothing is sent if empty

subject - rendered subject

body - rendered body

channelNames - target channel names; defaults to the in-app channel when empty

typeName - notification type name (an add-on notification type registered on the project side); may be null, and an unknown name is ignored

contentType - raw body content type, e.g. "html" or "plain"; may be null, which is treated as plain text
