Provides a list of available actions for dashboard layout.
The following actions are available:

• Remove (not available for RootLayout and GridCellLayout)
• Style
• Weight (not available for RootLayout, GridCellLayout, if parent layout is CssLayout or is expanded)
• Expand (only for VerticalLayout, HorizontalLayout, GridCellLayout)
• Colspan (only for GridCellLayout)
• Edit (only for WidgetLayout)
• Template (only for WidgetLayout)
